BC Summer Camp
For the past 2 summers, my summer job has been working for the schools as a summer camp counselor. I would play with the kids, set up activities, and teach a class about coding on code.org. I also worked for my bosses when there weren't as many kids at camp, as usual, and I would help move boxes and food to different schools Working at summer camp has taught me to be patient and understanding of people kids and adults as well.

BC Reads and Feeds
BC Reads and Feeds is a program in Barren County that serves free food to people 18 and under in the community that doesn't have food. I rode in a bus or van and delivered food to people who needed it on routes that were determined to be places that had less income than others. At this job I would help prepare food, fill coolers with drinks and fill trays with food.

Hurt Auto Sales
I co-op at Hurt Auto Sales and I have learned how to become a better salesman, do paperwork, and work on cars. I have learned how to talk to people better and it has improved my confidence and ability to talk to people. I have learned how to advertise on Facebook, radio, newspaper, and in person. I have also learned that presentation is a the biggest part of selling things.
CommonWealth Coders
I am in a program called Commonwealth Coders, a high-tech training program designed for adults who want to excel in website design and back-end development. BCHS used to host this program at the InZone with adults and students together. But, I will be the first high school student to complete the course to complete the statewide adult program. Upon completing this, I will be work ready as a Web Developer.
